Meet Precious! One evening, Lauren was walking home when she spotted a friendly cat outside and was able to simply scoop her into her arms and walk home. At the spay clinic came a surprise: Precious had already been spayed. She also had a microchip, which revealed she'd been registered all the way back in 2012, making this sweet girl about 14 years old. Despite multiple attempts to reach her original owners, no one ever responded. Now flea-treated, dewormed, and finally feeling so much better, Precious has fully embraced the indoor life. She's made it very clear that she's exactly where she wants to be. Her favorite hobbies include making endless biscuits, snuggling with her favorite human, chatting about her day, and expertly bed-rotting for hours at a time. She's affectionate, gentle, and has so much love left to give. We don't know how Precious ended up outside or what her first 14 years looked like. What we do know is that she truly lives up to her name. She is the sweetest, most loving girl, and she deserves to spend her golden years knowing nothing but warmth, comfort, and unconditional love. Precious is ready for her second chance at the forever home she's always deserved.
