Meet Macaroni, she was found outside on the streets and our team quickly brought her inside. Upon checking for a microchip, we learned that Macaroni was far from her last known home—over an hour away in Ocean Hill. After doing some sleuthing, we found out that her previous owner passed away from cancer last July, a beloved person who cherished her deeply, evident from Macaroni’s very own Instagram page showcasing their shared moments. Initially, Macaroni was understandably wary, but with time and tenderness, she has blossomed once again, showing that her spirit and love for life are indomitable. Today, Macaroni is thriving indoors, her eyes bright with the promise of new beginnings. She’s healthy, happy, and ready to find a forever home where she can write the next chapter of her story. We may never know how Macaroni ended up in Ocean Hill, but we are grateful to have her safe and sound, eagerly waiting for a family to love once more.
